- Do I have to buy anything?
- No. The class is free and there's no obligation. Nobody is going to sell you anything. Come, learn, and bring your questions.
- What should I bring?
- Just your questions. A list of your doctors and the prescriptions you take is helpful if you have it, but it isn't required.
- Can I bring a friend?
- Please do. Bring your spouse, a neighbor, or your adult kids. The more the merrier, and the more chairs I will set out.
